Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy The Mad Catter Cattery

 

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund and cancellation terms.

 

Booking Deposits:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your cat’s stay. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the booking.

 

Cancellations

More than 14 days’ notice: Full refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.

 

7 to 14 days’ notice: 50% refund of the remaining balance (after deposit).

 

Less than 7 days’ notice: No refund available.If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us. We may offer a credit or partial refund at our discretion.

 

No-Shows/Failure to arrive for your booking without notice will result in full charges and no refund.

 

Early Pickups

If you collect your cat before the scheduled end of their stay, the full booking fee still applies, as we have reserved the space exclusively for your cat.

 

Changes to Bookings

We will do our best to accommodate changes to booking dates with at least 7 days' notice.Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges during peak periods.

 

Peak Periods (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Public Holidays)

During peak times, full prepayment will be required.Cancellations during peak periods made with less than 21 days' notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

 

Refund Method

All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
